Claire is our Operations Manager and has the hardest job of all, she organises the lads. She also looks after all our customer accounts so she will be your first point of contact to help your journey with us run smoothly.

As a previous NVQ tutor she has a passion for helping and developing people to achieve their potential in their roles and themselves which is why she is excited to have put that passion together with the experience and expertise of both Mick and Dave to create our 8 week programme to help people in procurement.

Being a mum to a toddler Claire spends any free time getting attacked by dinosaurs and spending time with family and friends.

Laura is our Accounts Manager. After completing her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry, Laura embarked on a decade-long career specialising in the field of cell culture both in a small startup pharmaceutical and a large multinational biotechnology company.

However, after starting a family a nine years ago, Laura made the decision to shift her focus and transitioned into the area of administration and accounting. Laura’s work in administration and accounting further honed her proficiency in handling administrative tasks, managing budgets and overseeing office operations.

In her spare time, Laura likes to spend time with her family and enjoys eating out, socialising, travelling, and going to the gym.
